Yellow Yippee, the perfect little bag, the bum bag is making a return! And what’s better than a 100% waterproof bumbag that’s big enough to hold all your gear when you’re out cycling, boating, kayaking, canoeing, or simply walking. The two-litre waist pack will carry your car keys, phone and a small first aid kit.
Overboard Pro-Light Waist Pack
Made from Overboard’s lightweight and environmentally friendly TPU fabrics, the bag weighs in at just 260 grams. It has the tried and tested Fold Seal System, so you pinch the top and roll down tightly three or four times and secure with the buckle, either across the top to make a handy carry handle or down the sides for a lower snag-free profile.
Like its larger sibling, the four-litre waist pack, this dry bag is rated to IP66, is fully waterproof (and dust and mud proof), can handle a brief submersion and floats if you should fall in!
The padded waist strap can comfortably fit up to 48-inch waists and sports a convenient zip-out drinks bottle holder – ideal for staying hydrated.
The front pocket is rated to IP65, which means it is foul weather proof, but the waterproof zip may let a little bit of water in if you dunk the whole bag. In other words, don’t keep your phone or car keys in that compartment if you’re going to get very wet!
At £28.99, an excellent investment to protect your valuables, well designed, comfortable and lightweight for wearing and big enough for the essentials, glasses, keys and snack. I loved the fold away drink holder, a neat idea.
