Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to help many become more proficient in their paddling.

I always wanted to tackle this challenge with others, and luckily, Lucy was up for it.

The line between being ok and being very much not ok is a fine one and one that is very easily crossed.

This is the third time and probably not the last time since this area has a particular attraction to us.

In May this year, my other half, Kerry, and I were lucky enough to welcome our daughter Freyja into the world.
