The mindfulness of the long-distance paddler

The Great Glen Challenge is one of the UK’s leading long-distance (92km) paddle challenges.

In common with many clubs, we at Deva Canoe Club have experienced a growing interest in our activities.

24 women were selected to come down to these weekends to paddle together and learn more about freestyle.

According to Sport England, only 35% of females participate in regular physical exercise.
